The SMART BIN is a self-contained unit consisting of six bins arranged in two rows. Each bin is 5" high, 6.75" wide and 10" deep.
Sensors on the bin openings detect breaks in infrared beams.
Lights above each bin direct the operator to the correct part choice.
Selecting the wrong bin (part) will cause an alarm to sound.
The Smart Bin is easily programmed by repeating the correct pick sequence while in the LEARN mode.
Switching to the RUN mode then forces the correct pick sequence to be used.
