| The Smart Gate XL is a mistake proofing system with infrared sensing
devices are used primarily for large
parts (castings, cartons, boxes or literature)
or single bin applications. The Smart
Gate can be easily reconfigured to serve
several different applications as needed.
The aluminum extrusion has the electronics
and power supply integrated. Smart Gates
can interface with Smart Frames or can
operate alone. Control can be provided
via Smart Product Controllers, PC's
or PLC's for detection of parts picking.
Available in standard 6", 12", 18",
24", 30", 36" sizes, as well as, custom
